By ordering Anchor Point Diner® 's Unli Chicken Promo, The client agrees to the following terms and conditions.

PROMO PRICES

A. CALABARZON
1. Unli Chicken Fritoz™ - P 199 includes unlimited Chicken Fritoz™, unlimited rice and 1 glass of iced tea.
2. Unli All Flavors - P220 includes unlimited Chicken Fritoz™, Spicy Fritoz™, Teriyaki Chicken, Texas Wild Wings™ and Pepper Wings™, unlimited rice and 1 glass of iced. tea.

B. NCR
1. Unli All Flavors - P220 includes unlimited Chicken Fritoz™, Spicy Fritoz™, Teriyaki Chicken, Texas Wild Wings™ and Pepper Wings™, unlimited rice and 1 glass of iced.

MECHANICS

1. Payment must be made at the counter.

2. Unli Chicken Tag will be provided and must be worn the whole duration of the unli-meal.

3. Unli Chicken is good for 2 hours. Time starts after ordering.

4. 6 pcs chicken are served initially. (1st serving).

5. Next batch will be served after the first 6 wings are consumed. Next batch comes in by 3s.

6. Rice will be served after the previous one is totally consumed.

7. Exclusive for Dine-In only.

• Expect serving delay on Subsequent refills/orders.

NO LEFTOVERS

• Leftovers = 0% - 20% meat consumed / pcs.
• Leftovers are charged by P25 per piece.

• Paid leftovers can be taken out.

STRICTLY NO SHARING

• This promo is intended for single-person consumption only.

• Sharing will mean disqualification.

• Disqualified individuals are not eligible to order for another batch of chicken.
• Disqualification will also require individuals to pay P25 for every pcs of chicken SERVED after the 1st batch.

AVAILABILITY AND ELIGIBILITY

1. Promo starts on October 4, 2019.

2. Anchor Point Diner® 's Unli Chicken is available for customers 12 years old and above.

3. Parents or guardians are required to sign a consent form for children lower than 12 years of age.

4. Available on all Branches. (Mataasnakahoy, Lipa-Bayan, Lipa-Dagatan, Tanauan, Sto. Tomas & Mandaluyong).

5. Branches may cut the availability of the promo 1 hour before store closing.

6. Should the customer insist on purchasing the promo despite nearing the time of closure, they will be advised that their promo time may be cut earlier than 2 hours.

7. Participating products are Chicken Fritoz™, Spicy Fritoz™, Teriyaki Chicken, Texas Wild Wings™ and Pepper Wings™.

8. Unli Chicken Promo is a promotional offer and Anchor Point Diner® has the right to change the mechanics, terms, and availability without prior notice.

OTHERS

1. This promo is not convertible to cash.

2. This promo is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion.

3. Senior citizens and PWDs may only choose the senior citizen / PWD discount on their order OR the Unli Chicken Promo only - but not on both as per R.A. No. 9994, Section 9.

DISCLAIMER

1. Consuming large volume of food may pose risks of indigestion, choking, allergic reactions or any other health risks.

2. By purchasing this promo, the customer certifies that he or she has no underlying conditions that may be aggregated by large consumption of food.

3. By purchasing this promo, the customer certifies that he or she has read, understand and agrees with the terms and conditions.

4. The customer also agrees to waive Anchor Point Diner®, Anchor Point Foods Corporation® and all its agents for any liabilities for any unfavorable situations that may result from the promo.
