Reservations Policy

WALK-IN

      Our guests are all welcome to make "walk-in" reservations at our branches! In order to serve everyone fairly, we've

implemented some simple rules when making reservations. Kindly take the time to read. Thank you!

Making Reservations

 1. Customers may reserve their seats through:

  • Phone Call

  • Facebook Message / Chat

  • Counter Reservation

​

 2. Leave your reservation details to our friendly crew.

  •  Date

  •  Time of Arrival

  •  Number of seats

  •  Contact Number

​

 3. Please do our reservations at least 3 hours before your intended time.

​

 4. Please make sure that your reservations are properly addressed and confirmed by our crew especially for Facebook chat reservations.

Keeping your Reservations

​

  • Your tables are reserved for 15 minutes before and after your scheduled time.

​

  • Please arrive early or on time to claim your reserved seats. One (1) representative from your group will do.

​

  • Reservees are advised to make their orders not too long after claiming their reserved seats.

​

  • Failure to make orders after a set amount of time due to incomplete members or any other reasons may void your reservation.

​

  • In case of no-show within the time period cancels your reservation and the seats are given to walking customers.

RESCHEDULING / Canceling

​

  • Cancel or Reschedule your reservations at least 1 hour before your scheduled time.

​

  • Late reschedules will not be honored.

TERMS

​

  • This reservation service is for walk-in reservations only and is not an exclusive reservation. For exclusive reservations like parties and events, please contact our respective branches for packages and deals.

​

  • Anchor Point Diner™ does not recognize reservations that are not properly confirmed by our crew or managers. Please make sure that our representatives have replied and confirmed your inquiries before settling your dining plans.

​

  • This reservation policy aims to provide its customers with a well-managed seating service and avoid group waiting. At the same time, reducing customer turnovers by providing seats to regular walk-in guests. 

​

  • We would like to remind our valued customers that we are a fast-casual type restaurant and seat reservation is just an optional seating service and not really a part of the intended operation.

​

  • Anchor Point Diner™ holds the right to accept or refuse any reservations made through any branches especially but not limited to the following reasons; peak hours, peak days, cease of operation, etc.

​

  • Anchor Point Diner™ holds the right to cancel any reservations that are not claimed on time or reservations that are claimed by a representative but failed to order after a set amount of time.
